Brief introduction:
GH3218 is a Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy used below 950℃. And it's added with W and Mo for solid solution strengthening.
It has good comprehensive performance as it can serve long time with high plasticity, high long-term creep strength, good oxidation resistance and stamping and welding properties.
It's used for aeroengine combustor flame tube, afterburner housing and parts, adjusting piece,structural part of gas turbine combustor,and turbine engine combustor parts.
Chemical composition under GB/T 14992-2005 standard:
Grade chemical composition,% GH3128 Ni Cr W Mo C Si Mn S Remainder 19-22 7.5-7.9 7.5-7.9 ≤0.05 ≤0.8 ≤0.5 ≤0.013 P Fe Ti Al B Ce Zr ≤0.013 ≤2 0.4-0.8 0.4-0.8 ≤0.005 ≤0.05 ≤0.06 Remarks：If require adjustments for some chemical compositions, pls consult with us.
