Brief introduction:
ERNiCu-7 (SNi4060/NiCu30Mn3Ti) welding wire is mainly used for welding MONEL 400 alloy, Monel 404 alloy, and Moenl K-500 alloy using methods such as tungsten inert gas shielded welding, consumable gas shielded welding, and submerged arc welding. It can also be used for surface surfacing of steel using consumable gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding. For specific gas shielded welding conditions, it is recommended to use ERNi-1 nickel welding wire cover.
The weld metal formed with ERNiCu-7 welding wire has similar properties to MONEL 400 alloy - high strength, and strong corrosion resistance in various media, including seawater, salts, and reducing acids.
