Brief introduction:
ERNi-1 (S901) is a pure nickel welding wire containing an appropriate amount of titanium. The addition of titanium is used to manipulate the pores and refine the grains in the weld metal, achieving excellent welding joints.
Used for argon arc welding of pure nickel to pure nickel, overlaying welding of transition layer, joint surface, and flange surface, mainly used in industrial tanks, containers, process pipelines, heat exchangers, etc. for producing salt, chlorination, and evaporative corrosive soda in chemical plants, as well as for welding alkali metal and halide equipment. In addition, it can also be used for welding cast iron to obtain low strength deposited metal with excellent plasticity.
