Brief introduction:
ERNiCr-3 has excellent resistance to abrasive wear, impact wear, adhesive wear (inter metal wear), high-temperature wear, corrosion wear, and resistance to two or more types of composite wear.
ERNiCr-3 High carbon and high chromium cast iron type surfacing material reinforced by multiple alloys. The surfacing layer metal contains a large amount of alloy carbides (M3C2, M7C3), ensuring that the surfacing metal has excellent abrasive wear resistance, certain impact resistance, and peeling resistance. The overlay layer has fine network cracks, which are necessary for releasing welding stress and are beneficial for preventing large-scale peeling and peeling of the overlay layer.
