HAYNES 25/L605 high-temperature alloy plate is mainly composed of elements such as chromium, nickel, aluminum, titanium, etc. The chromium content is about 20% -30%, the nickel content is 8% -15%, the aluminum content is 4% -6%, and the titanium content is 3% -5%. In addition, it also contains small amounts of elements such as boron and zirconium to enhance the performance of the alloy.
Recently, customized sheet materials for UNS R30605 (HAYNES 25/L605) have been prepared, with stock available in thicknesses of 3.1mm and 2.1mm. The chemical and mechanical properties meet the requirements of AMS5537 standard.
