ASTM B637 (Inconel 718) is a nickel chromium based precipitation hardening high-temperature alloy, whose core components include elements such as nickel, chromium, niobium, and molybdenum. Today, the editor recorded all dimensional tolerances of ± 0.15mm for ASTM B637 Inconel 718 machining blocks.

Key features of Inconel 718:
High strength: Maintain high yield strength (solid solution+aging treatment, room temperature yield strength ≥ 1030 MPa) and tensile strength (≥ 1240 MPa) in a wide temperature range from room temperature to 700 ° C.
Excellent corrosion resistance: It has outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (such as seawater, salt spray environment) and reducing media (such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid).
High temperature stability: It can maintain high strength below 650 ° C, and long-term use temperature is recommended not to exceed 650 ° C to prevent coarsening of the γ '' phase.
Good toughness: maintains good plasticity and fracture toughness even at low temperatures (such as -196 ° C liquid nitrogen environment).

Inconel 718 is mainly used in aerospace (engine components, fasteners), oil and gas (downhole tools), chemical equipment (corrosion-resistant fasteners, pumps and valves), and nuclear energy fields. Customers in need are welcome to inquire.
