We have recently conducted shipment records for ASTM B637 Inconel 718 round bar products. Inconel 718 round bar is a high-performance nickel based high-temperature alloy widely used in fields such as aerospace, petrochemicals, energy, and marine engineering.
The main chemical components of Inconel 718 include nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), molybdenum (Mo), cobalt (Co), titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), etc. Among them, nickel accounts for about 50-55%, chromium accounts for about 17-21%, and molybdenum accounts for about 2.8-3.3%.
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength: approximately 1035-1200 MPa; Yield strength: approximately 930-1080 MPa; Elongation rate: usually between 20-30%; Hardness: usually between HB 331-430.
Inconel 718 round bars typically comply with standards such as ASTM B637, AMS 5596, and can be provided in various shapes and sizes, such as round bars, plates, tubes, forgings, and welding materials.
