Hastelloy C276/UNS N10276 is a high nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It is a nickel based corrosion-resistant alloy, mainly composed of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and other elements, produced through processes such as melting, refining, forming and heat treatment. C276 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidation and reduction states, and is particularly suitable for environments with various strong acids (such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong bases, and inorganic solutions
Hastelloy C276/UNS N10276 alloy has a wide range of industrial applications, especially in the fields of chemical, petrochemical, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper, and environmental protection. It can resist the corrosion of humid chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions, and is one of the few materials that can be applied to high concentration chloride solutions.
In addition, Hastelloy C276/UNS N10276 alloy also has high tensile strength, high hardness, good toughness and processability, can resist oxidation at high temperatures, and has excellent stability and heat resistance.
