ASTM B444 Inconel 625 seamless tubes get ready, CNAS lab tested chemical and mechanical properites all passed according to standard. Inconel 625 seamless pipe is the preferred pipe material for extreme working conditions, balancing corrosion resistance, high temperature, strength, and processability. Widely used in high-end equipment fields such as chemical engineering, oil and gas, energy, aviation, etc.

Inconel 625 production process: 1. Vacuum induction melting (VIM)+electroslag remelting (ESR) ingots are used to ensure purity and uniform composition. 2. Hot processing (hot extrusion/hot rolling) 3. Cold processing (cold drawing/cold rolling) 4. Final heat treatment (core) Grade 1 (annealing): 980-1040 ℃, rapid cooling after insulation (water cooling/air cooling); Grade 2 (solution annealing): 1090-1175 ℃ (commonly 1120 ℃), rapid water cooling after insulation to achieve optimal corrosion resistance and plasticity.

5. Stress relief: After cold processing/before welding, stress relief annealing at 870 ℃ 6. Finishing and testing 7. Surface treatment: acid pickling (matte), bright annealing (mirror) 8. Non destructive testing: eddy current testing (ET), hydrostatic testing (Hydro), PMI composition verification, mechanical/corrosion performance testing.
Inconel 625 selection and acceptance: confirm standard ASTM B444 Grade 1/2, ASME SB444; Status: Solid solution annealing (Grade 2) is preferred for high temperature/strong corrosion conditions; Test report: chemical composition, mechanical properties, water pressure/eddy current testing PMI、 Intergranular corrosion test; Surface: No cracks, folds, oxide scales, or iron contamination; Dimensional tolerance: Complies with ASTM B444 and B829 requirements.
